Week 1: Introduction to Entrepreneurship

  • Students will learn what entrepreneurship is and what it means to be an entrepreneur.

  • They will also learn about some famous entrepreneurs and their businesses.

Week 2: Market Research

  • Students will learn how to research a market and identify a problem that their business can solve.

  • They will also learn how to create a survey and collect data.

Week 3: Business Planning

  • Students will learn how to create a business plan, which is a roadmap for their business.

  • They will also learn about the different types of businesses and how to choose the right one for them.

Week 4: Financial Management

  • Students will learn how to manage their finances, including how to create a budget and track their expenses.

  • They will also learn about the different types of financial statements and how to use them.

Week 5: Marketing

  • Students will learn how to market their business, including how to create a marketing plan and execute it.

  • They will also learn about the different types of marketing and how to use them.

Week 6: Customer Service

  • Students will learn how to provide customer service, including how to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.

  • They will also learn about the importance of customer service and how to provide it effectively.

Week 7: Teamwork

  • Students will learn how to work as a team, including how to communicate effectively and collaborate on projects.

  • They will also learn about the importance of teamwork and how to be an effective team member.

Week 8: Public Speaking

  • Students will learn how to give a presentation, including how to structure their presentation and deliver it effectively.

  • They will also learn about the importance of public speaking and how to overcome their fear of public speaking.

Week 9: Pitching

  • Students will learn how to pitch their business idea to investors, including how to create a pitch deck and deliver it effectively.

  • They will also learn about the importance of pitching and how to increase their chances of getting funding for their business.

Week 10: Final Pitch Event

  • Students will present their business ideas to a panel of judges.

  • The judges will award prizes to the top three teams.
